Condo → HDB · RightsizingMr & Mrs T wanted to right-size from their private condo into an HDB flat with enough lease left to pass down to their kids. We marketed their unit to investors who valued its rental potential, negotiated a buyer flexible on timeline, and guided them through lease considerations until they found a flat with 95 years remaining in Toa Payoh.
